Thank you for shopping at Ivorys Kloset.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refund
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a REFUND
You will receive the REFUND within 24 hours of approval.
We have the right to refuse your return if the items are not returned in the condition that was purchased

Shipping/ Local Delivery
Local Delivery is same day/next day delivery. If orders are placed before 5:00 pm you will have same day delivery , if you placed an order after 5:00 pm your order will be delivered the next day. 

WE ARE NOT OPEN ON SUNDAYS 

Tracking numbers will be sent out within 24 to 48 hour after your order has been confirm. Expect your purchase to arrive within 3-7 business day. 

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.
